At MD Estimates, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supplement process for insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and maximizing profits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in exterior supplement management, team management, and customer service. Additionally, proficiency in Monday.com and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience, as well as a hybrid work environment, paid holidays, 401K match after 6 months, and 3 weeks paid vacation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the supplement process for insurance claims
  • Review claims to ensure they meet MD Estimates estimating standards
  • Provide updates to various contractors
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely claims processing

Requirements:

  • Exterior supplement experience required
  • Team management and customer service skills
  • Monday.com experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Certification in Xactimate and/or Symbility is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
