Responsibilities

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will assist in daily project activities, including scheduling, logistics, inspections, material distribution, plan and specification review, and subcontractor coordination. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate project schedules and sequence, assist in all site construction operations, and ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a BS Degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a high school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of related experience. You should have 1-3 years of on-site construction experience in multifamily residential new building construction, a working knowledge of building codes and ADA laws, and a demonstrated understanding of multifamily construction means and methods.

Demonstrated Technical Competencies

We're looking for a candidate with Microsoft Office suite skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Demonstrated Professional Competencies

You should be able to work under the direction of the Superintendent, read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP trade drawings, and be well-organized. You should also be able to work a flexible schedule, understand the importance of teamwork, and have a high integrity level.
