Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data center construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all night shift operations of data center construction projects.
  • Supervise and oversee construction activities, including scheduling, equipment delivery, and project progress.
  • Liaise with project management to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and construction schedules.
  • Document and report any issues, incidents, or delays that may impact the project timeline or quality.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other construction specialists to provide valuable input.
  • Train and mentor construction workers and subcontractors to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in data center construction or mission-critical environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA safety protocols, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing data center construction projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule, as required by the project needs.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and technology.
  • Valid certification in construction safety and a clean driving record.
