Position Summary:

The Regional Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing and guiding multiple branch operations to drive consistent growth in service revenue, enhance profitability, and maintain high standards of productivity and quality. This role involves comprehensive management of business operations within assigned branches, ensuring strategic leadership while managing a team of Field Service Technicians, Administrative Personnel, and supervisory staff as needed. The Regional Operations Manager will also work closely with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure budget efficiency and meet service revenue objectives.

  • Building and leading a proficient technical field service team.
  • Managing installations, preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and providing sales support for new systems.
  • Fostering and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Implementing strategies to meet or surpass financial targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Sales Strategy and Customer Development.
  • Experience managing Profit & Loss statements, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Direct experience in customer interactions.
  • Proven supervisory and staff management experience.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience coupled with a Bachelor's Degree and prior management experience.
  • Familiarity with Annual Operating Plans and Long-Range Planning.
  • Knowledge of service labor products for commercial food equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work in both office and field environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to work in various conditions including noise, heat, and cold.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb a 10 ft ladder.
  • Driving company vehicles for extended periods.
