About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Analyst Relations (AR) program as our Analyst Relations Manager. This role requires a deep understanding of the strategies and approaches to effectively manage our AR program, building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts, and developing a comprehensive engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product marketing teams to develop analyst-specific positioning and messaging that drives improved analyst perceptions.
  • Work closely with industry analysts and their firms to ensure accurate representation of our solutions and capabilities in research reports, blogs, and presentations.
  • Develop and execute a proactive engagement strategy to position HashiCorp as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to analyst research and feedback, integrating customer references to educate and build up analysts' understanding of our solutions.
  • Actively communicate HashiCorp news, information, and developments to the analyst community.
  • Share analyst insights with internal partners, including the sales enablement team, to provide field organization with analyst validation resources.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in analyst relations, influencer relations, communications, or product marketing.
  • Strong analytical abilities and critical, creative problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative style and dedication to excellence in working with analysts of varying backgrounds, personalities, and expertise.
  • Ability to balance multiple, complex tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.
