Key Responsibilities: As a member of our sales team, you will take on the role of a project consultant. Your duties will include:

  • Engaging directly with homeowners and insurance representatives to assess property damage and outline necessary repairs.
  • Preparing bids and estimates for various projects.
  • Supervising each project to ensure homeowner satisfaction and facilitating payment collection.

This position requires travel, with an earning potential of $75,000 - $150,000 in your first year.

Essential Duties:

  • Ability to canvass neighborhoods and schedule appointments.
  • Utilize provided technology to generate loss assessments or inspection reports.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies.
  • Be present during production to oversee work quality and ensure it meets homeowner expectations and project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior experience in insurance or construction? No worries We seek individuals eager to learn, possess strong persuasive skills, and are motivated to excel daily. Comprehensive training and resources will be provided to ensure your success.
