About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Growth Expert to join our team in Lawrenceville, United States. As an Account Growth Expert, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to drive account growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform sales strategies and improve customer outcomes.
- Provide training and support to customers on our software solutions to ensure optimal utilization and adoption.
- 1+ years of experience in consultative sales or account management, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
