About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding Sales Representative position at Peachtree Packaging & Display. As a member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with existing customers, identify new leads, and develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

The estimated salary for this role is $300,000 - $500,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This compensation package includes uncapped commission opportunities, making it an attractive option for those looking to maximize their earning potential.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Cultivate new business opportunities through various sales methods, including door-to-door sales, cold calling, presentations, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets, working closely with sales leadership to undertake revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline opportunities and log all activity in the designated customer relationship management system.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company solutions and competition in the market, as well as adequate knowledge of Peachtree Packaging & Display systems and processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a technical field.
  • 1-2 years of industrial or manufacturing outside sales experience or other relevant field experience within the packaging and printing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
