Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Account Growth Manager, you will:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and expand market share.
    • Demonstrate value engagement sales process to customers through effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Salesforce Execution:
    • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities, track performance, and analyze results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
