Regional Account Growth Manager

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Regional Account Growth Manager to drive sales expansion within the assigned territory in the Southern United States. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, fostering new customer relationships, and building a robust opportunity pipeline.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Account Growth Manager, you will:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth within the assigned territory.
- Customer Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and expand market share.
- Demonstrate value engagement sales process to customers through effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Salesforce Execution:
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities, track performance, and analyze results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
