Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at firstPRO 360. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of full cycle AP processing, vendor management, and reconciliation of invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process invoices and check requests for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coding and matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
  • Entering invoices into the accounting system and tracking for approval and payment.
  • Auditing expense reports to ensure company policies are being adhered to prior to reimbursement.
  • Month-end and after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
