As a Patient Care Coordinator at Pinnacle, you will engage with patients throughout their journey, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess 2 years of experience in a medical receptionist or front office coordinator role, preferred.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, medical staff, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to efficiently manage appointment schedules, patient records, and administrative tasks.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a healthcare or clinical setting, is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining composed under pressure.
- Comfortable with basic computer applications and capable of learning clinic-specific software and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Meticulous in recording patient information and ensuring accuracy in administrative duties.
- Willingness to collaborate with medical staff and colleagues to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with varying patient volumes and schedules.
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $20.00 to $25.00, determined by factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and a retirement savings program.
