Job Summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a skilled CDL Front Load Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely collecting and hauling waste and recyclables to our disposal sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a commercial truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial customers, ensuring timely and reliable waste collection.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including route sheets and driver logs.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
  • At least 19 years of age and a valid driver's license.
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years and no DUIs or OVI's within the last 5 years.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
