Job Summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a skilled CDL Front Load Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely collecting and hauling waste and recycling materials to disposal sites or recycling plants.

Responsibilities
  • Operate trucks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to commercial customers on assigned routes, ensuring timely and reliable waste removal services.
  • Maintain accurate records, including route sheets and driver logs.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
  • At least 19 years of age and no more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
  • No DUIs or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
