We are actively seeking a skilled Land Acquisition Manager to lead our initiatives in the East Gulf Region based in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Practice Leader with significant responsibility for the ROW/Real Estate program in Tennessee.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities; cultivate and maintain business relationships; guide the team to secure new contracts and projects.
  • Recruit and manage a team to fulfill workload demands and meet company performance metrics.
  • Engage directly with clients, providing regular updates and status reports.
  • Oversee program management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Act as project manager with autonomy over project-related tasks and serve as the primary client contact.
  • Manage multiple projects with comprehensive project management responsibilities.
  • Coordinate estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies for upcoming projects.
  • Prepare engineering agreements for various projects.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Right of Way, both as an Agent and Supervisor.
  • Preferred certifications in TDOT Acquisition/Relocation.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Preferred certifications include IRWA RW, RWA, or SRWA.
  • Additional skills and competencies:
    • Ability to effectively serve in both leadership and support roles within project teams.
    • Capability to listen to client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to comprehend and execute both oral and written instructions.
