About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team at Global Channel Management.
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
\u2022 Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
\u2022 Craft and send recruiting emails
\u2022 Promote our employer brand
\u2022 Mine our ATS for cold candidates and communicate with them regarding new job opportunities
Requirements:
\u2022 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience sourcing for technical roles
\u2022 1+ years of experience analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
\u2022 Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter
\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\u2022 Demonstrated understanding of various engineering roles in technology
\u2022 Ability to deal well with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
\u2022 Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
\u2022 Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
