Job Title: Customer Service-Self Storage Manager

At Public Storage, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service-Self Storage Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience at our storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business operations.
  • Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, or fast food industries.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between work locations and conduct other work-related business.
  • Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
