About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service-Self Storage Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

As a Customer Service-Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, and making suggestions to sell packing and moving supplies.

You will also be responsible for conducting daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits.

In addition, you will be responsible for helping customers with payments, making reminder and collection calls when required, and performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
  • Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks

You will also need to have a valid driver's license and be able to utilize your own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business.

Mileage reimbursement is available.
