Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide customer support and respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage and maintain customer data and records.
- Review and edit orders for submission to the National Account Customer Care Center.
- Set up and maintain maintenance contracts for customers.
- Review and monitor lease fundings and follow up as needed.
- Perform general office support functions as required.
Requirements:

- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
