Job Description

Arrow Security is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in the New York City office. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for in-person security personnel seeking assistance or clarification on operational issues.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, missed days worked, and requested time off.
  • Facilitate communication between in-person guards and Operations Account Managers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain records of employee interactions and potentially follow up on unresolved concerns.
  • Collaborate with HR Resolutions and payroll departments to address and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline communication and administrative workflows.
  • Prepare reports on recurring issues to identify trends and propose solutions to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all communications and interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role, preferably in a security or operations environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and employee management systems is a plus.

Compensation Range: $26.00- $30.00 an hour.
