About the Role

As an Operating Room Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the implantation of our VNS Therapy System, a groundbreaking treatment for drug-resistant epilepsy. You will work closely with neurosurgeons, epileptologists, and nurses to ensure seamless case coverage and provide exceptional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implantation of the VNS Therapy System in the operating room
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the VNS Therapy System
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure successful case outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and patients
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in a clinical or medical device support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
