Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Program Planner Sr to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our program planning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and performance of our F-35 program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain schedules using Deltek OpenPlan and Microsoft Excel
  • Assist in monthly variance analysis and schedule baseline management
  • Integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on existing and future plans
  • Develop and refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and its application in schedule network development and analysis
  • Interact with various program functional organizations, including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control
Requirements
  • Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
  • Experience delivering leadership project briefings
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
