ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Integrated Program Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Creating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or ongoing development, production, and sustainment programs utilizing the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
  • Updating program databases with information from internal and external clients
  • Monitoring the progress of program activities against established internal plans, ensuring schedule margins to contract dates are achieved or preserved
  • Maintaining schedules, conducting probabilistic/deterministic risk assessments, and identifying critical paths while developing solutions for any issues, including network logic validation and conflict resolution
  • Assisting in negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Preparing and assessing proposal submissions and execution schedules against established plans and parameters
  • Formulating and suggesting corrective actions such as schedule modifications, budget allocations, and work requirements
  • Ensuring cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
  • Implementing and overseeing the Earned Value Management System on programs

This position necessitates a government security clearance; applicants must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
  • Experience in delivering leadership project briefings
  • Familiarity with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management
Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
Security Clearance Requirement: This position requires a government security clearance; applicants must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

Additional Information:

Work Flexibility: Part-time remote work is available.

Remote Work Structure:

The selected candidate will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.



Work Schedule Options: Lockheed Martin supports various alternative work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. These may include standard 40-hour work weeks or condensed schedules, allowing for extra time away from the office in addition to paid time off benefits.

Work Schedule for This Role: 4x10 hour days, with 3 days off per week.
