Job Summary
  • Communicate with on-duty associates and assistant managers to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and efficient operations.
  • Monitor financial and operational deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase profitability.
  • Develop and train all managers and potential managers to prepare for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Host monthly associate and assistant manager meetings to discuss goals and challenges.
  • Perform monthly inventory with an associate manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor the safety and security of the restaurant and its managers, and serve as the first point of contact for security concerns.
  • Represent the company as a spokesperson and ensure all guests and staff are treated with dignity and respect.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
  • Ability to remain standing and active for a 12-hour shift, including going up and down stairs.
