Optimum RV is a leading RV dealership, offering a diverse selection of recreational vehicles backed by exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented General Manager to drive performance and lead our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
* Provide ongoing training and professional development for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to address staffing needs and ensure a strong sales team.
* Oversee deals and assist in closing sales when necessary to meet customer needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and management to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the sales team.

Requirements:

* Completion of an accredited automotive finance/sales training program.
* At least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume sales environment.
* Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Motility software.
* Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local retail laws.

Preferred Skills:

* Proven track record in sales, particularly in the automotive or RV industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and earn commissions.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
