Product Director

Lead the daily operations and decision-making of the BM business with the same dedication and urgency as an owner and operations leader. Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision, aligning the product roadmap and product goals with the Company's overall goals, market trends, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and operate a project plan that drives accountability, identifies deadlines, delegates actions to each department.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all department leaders, delegate actions and deadlines, and hold department leaders accountable.
  • Oversee the product planning process by collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing features, defining requirements, and creating a product line roadmap for the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Lead and inspire a team of product managers and coordinate their activities to ensure that they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering collaboration with engineering, product design, marketing, and other departments.
  • Monitor the market landscape, conduct competitive analysis, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive while addressing evolving customer needs.
  • Successfully plan product launches by collaborating with product marketing, the development team, and the sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and pricing.
Requirements:
  • 10 years relevant product and/or marketing experience.
  • 5 years leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects to successful results.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, with good judgment and discretion of sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Experience in partnering with an executive team.
  • Proven record of leading by example.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff.
  • Possess strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • BS Degree in Marketing or appropriate business-related degree, MBA preferred.
  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Local candidates only.
