Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with expertise in lean management, process improvement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production goals.
- Develop and implement lean management programs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to support process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring consistent and successful operations.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in lean management and process improvement.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, such as Visual, SAP, or CSI.
