Ambulatory Clinic Leader

Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulatory Clinic Leader to join our team at Right Hire Consulting LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the effective operation of designated clinics, driving growth, and ensuring financial performance.
">About the Role:
">- You will lead the support hospital strategy and clinic operations, ensuring the effective execution of clinic goals and objectives.
- Responsible for all aspects of clinic operations and growth, including maintenance of key metrics, financial reviews, and practice growth initiatives.
- You will interact with providers on a regular basis, ensuring standards of communication and information are met, and develop strategies for clinic operational needs.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of monthly reports, reviewing financial performance with providers on a weekly basis.
- Attend Physician Services meetings and Quarterly Physician Group meetings to stay informed and drive progress.
- You will prepare budgets, evaluate historical performance, and generate goals for future achievement, performing action planning as necessary.
- Monitor, report on, and present financial performance for assigned providers and clinics, collaborating with Market Director and other clinic leaders to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Provide leadership to Clinic Administrators, including performance management, coaching, and talent development, with regular communication.
- You will monitor practices for efficiencies to reduce investment, focusing on accounts receivable oversight, budgeting, charge capture, and operating reports.
- Implement and manage the Market Plan for New patients, driving towards clinic growth.
- Manage support staff within assigned clinic(s), responsible for performance reviews and HR-related matters.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.

- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience are necessary. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity.
