Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences, managing clinic operations, and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients to the facility, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring seamless communication with our healthcare team.
  • Update and manage patient records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize clinic operations.
  • Process payments and handle billing queries, streamlining financial transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked reception area, contributing to a welcoming environment.
  • Provide information about our services, educating patients on their treatment options.
  • Assist patients with paperwork required for their treatment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage patient flow in the clinic, optimizing appointment schedules and reducing wait times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in a related field.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist/front desk, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Proficiency in using computers and medical software, with ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of medical terminology, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Able to maintain patient confidentiality, upholding our commitment to data protection.
