Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Directing and coordinating the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including budgeting, staffing, and supply management.
  • Collaborating with our clinical teams to understand their needs and develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to promote career development and growth.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement plan, flexible time off, and more.
