Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Program Management Office (PMO) Specialist to assist the Senior Program Manager in overseeing the Human Resources Transactional Services (HRTS) program, which delivers essential HR services.

This role is crucial for providing administrative support across multiple teams and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and effective program management reporting. It offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with project management experience who are eager to enhance their skills in organizational performance and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain program management documentation and reporting for the HRTS initiative.
• Coordinate staffing efforts for new roles and replacements within the HRTS program.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to identify and vet candidates for HRTS positions.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new team members, including suitability and badging coordination.
• Manage team administration tasks and monitor the PMO inbox for requests.
• Support travel and expense processes for team members.
• Facilitate team performance management activities and compile feedback for team members.

Work Environment:
This position will be performed in a hybrid setting, requiring occasional in-person support.

Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management or administrative support.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Current project management certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in developing communications for senior management and understanding process improvement principles.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in project management reporting.
• Familiarity with employee performance measurement and development principles.
