Position Overview:
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing the workflow and productivity of field operations. Your primary focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency and process improvements while maintaining clear communication with both customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle and process all incoming customer service calls promptly.
2. Create work orders upon receiving each service request.
3. Efficiently assign road jobs to technicians.
4. Maintain and regularly update the service channel and Crown E-Order Board.
5. Fully leverage the capabilities of the SoftBase dispatch system.
6. Ensure accuracy in all work order header information.
7. Provide assistance to technicians as required.
8. Oversee all Lift Power vehicle preventive maintenance schedules.
9. Manage the opening and processing of purchase orders and receipts for subcontracted services and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient data entry capabilities.
- Experience in customer service, handling multiple phone lines and incoming calls.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Administrative skills including typing and filing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, serving both external and internal customers.

- Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
