  • Engaging in conversation across social channels with fans, players, artists, local media, etc. while building followers and engaging influencers through multiple social media channels
  • Serve as the venue's social media coordinator monitoring sites on an on-going, daily basis
  • Will also monitor and engage in real-time social media activities during events, producing content, and liaising with guest services lead to provide excellent customer service to patrons online
  • Conceptualize and coordinate engaging content on venue TikTok page
  • Create, brand, proof and maintain various venue communications resources including the arena's asset and marketing kit, collateral materials, ads, digital advertising, signage and various other pieces and submit for approval
  • Provide creative ideas, samples, client mock-ups and final designs on assignments
  • Assist in the design and development of print materials for marketing and event promotions including brochures, flyers, posters, ads, stationery, and calendars as well as design for social and email communications
  • Conceptualize and implement a consistent brand and voice for Enmarket Arena and Johnny Mercer Theatre
  • Effectively communicate, support and enhance the mission and vision across a wide range of medias
  • Work with vendors and other organizations to complete projects and goals
  • Assist with the planning and execution of effective marketing and sales campaigns specific to various events to maximize attendance and revenue
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of related work experience
  • Experience in graphic design/arts, digital media/marketing, communication
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite products for graphic and video design and creation
  • Must be adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an expert ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative and driven, be able to ideate and execute on unique marketing opportunities
  • A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first
  • Must be a fierce communicator and cross-organizational collaborator
