Job DescriptionJob Title: Onsite Service Coordinator

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Onsite Service Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for a driven individual to work on-site directly with our clients and will be responsible for high-volume recruitment, sourcing, screening, employee relations & retention, conducting orientations, client communications, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with screening applicants, sourcing resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews.
  • Conduct employee orientation and safety walk-thru of facility.
  • Prepare, attend, and participate in client's daily meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience, and positively represent client opportunities and employment brand.
  • Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels using traditional and advanced communication tools (e.g. social media, text campaigns, telephone networking, user groups, and other in-person networking activities) to identify and obtain information about potential candidates.
  • Establish and maintain a network of top talent for critical roles.
  • Adhere to client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED Equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience for a wide variety of positions.
  • Familiarity and use of sourcing and attraction methods to enhance quality of candidate pool.
  • Experience in interviewing and problem solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs.
  • Excellent skill level in project, time management and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with Staffing agency preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization (i.e. internal / external customer).
  • Experienced in applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Ability to have flexible schedule to work some extended days and hours.
  • Must have own transportation.
