Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative, operational, or clerical role
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of facilities management principles
- Familiarity with office equipment and troubleshooting minor issues
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility and eagerness to embrace new challenges
- Experience in a non-profit setting is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing deliveries
- Facilitate package handling, including signing for and distributing items
- Ensure office security by managing access control and visitor registrations
- Assist guests with inquiries, including Wi-Fi access and general information
- Support office functions by answering calls, scheduling conference rooms, and managing supply orders
- Coordinate emergency protocols and participate in the office safety team
- Provide additional support in areas such as IT assistance, travel planning, and event organization
Work Arrangement:
This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires daily onsite presence. We are specifically looking for candidates who are local and can commit to a flexible part-time schedule of 2-3 full days per week, totaling 15-20 hours.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive pay rate of up to $28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
