Position Overview:

Are you dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a committed MST Coach who is eager to foster positive change through strength-based interventions. This role involves empowering youth and their families to achieve lasting behavioral improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct clinical services utilizing the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) framework, emphasizing strengths and positive behavior.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and their families to identify concerns and strengths, aiding in the understanding of behavioral issues.
  • Engage effectively with a diverse clientele and community.
  • Work collaboratively with primary caregivers, family members, and community agency personnel to facilitate transformative treatment.
  • Participate in regular case planning and evaluation, supported by ongoing supervision and team collaboration.
  • Receive continuous training and professional development to enhance clinical skills within the MST model.
  • Ensure clients have access to support services around the clock.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated service area is required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with pragmatic family therapies.
  • Therapeutic work with children and adults using cognitive-behavioral methods.
  • Experience in couples therapy with behaviorally-focused techniques.
  • Implementation of interventions across various systems in the youth's environment.
  • Collaboration with community organizations.
  • Prior experience providing in-home or community-based therapeutic services.
