Marketing Manager Job Description

Lennar Homes is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in creating and coordinating the company's advertising, sales, and marketing research and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director of Sales in creating and coordinating the company's advertising, sales, and marketing research and strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising campaigns to drive traffic to our communities.
  • Manage all advertising and promotional budgets for each community within the Division.
  • Update and maintain accurate and robust community information for Welcome Home Center digital presentations.
  • Maintain overall appearance of all Welcome Home Centers.
  • Measure digital marketing performance metrics and analyze sales and marketing reports.
  • Manage Public Relations and the placement of press releases in a continuous stream that support the marketing plan for the division.
  • Coordinate, execute, and attend a variety of functions outside of the office environment, including community openings, community events, and Realtor events.
  • Manage communications with the ad agency and marketing trade partners in the Division's day-to-day needs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all advertising/marketing efforts and drive adequate traffic to the communities to meet the quota established by the Division business plan.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required (marketing, advertising, and/or sales).
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in Marketing and/or Advertising, preferably in a Digital based environment associated with New Home Sales and/or commission real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations, and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations.
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Outlook (e-mail).
  • Requires resourcefulness, patience, and clarity and strong management and motivational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Valid auto insurance coverage.
