**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Consulate Health Care. As a key member of our Plant Operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Estimated Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
  • Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.
  • Maintain the facility ground.
  • Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
  • Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred.
