Maintenance Technician WantedJob Title: Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team at Carmel Maintenance, LLC. This role involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, functionality, and resident appeal.

Salary Range: $23.75 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect buildings, grounds, and community features to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment, apartments, property grounds, building interiors, and exteriors.
  • Prepare vacant apartment homes for lease and new move-ins by ensuring they meet company standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months' related experience and/or training in a vocational environment preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with residents, clients, and colleagues.
  • Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Familiarity with safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices.
