Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and behavioral support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Provide behavioral support and assistance as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance preferred
