Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Encourage and support individuals in their daily activities and routines
- Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment
- Document services provided and report changes in client condition or family situation
- High school degree or equivalent required
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license (in most cases)
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and staff
- Ability to lift, bend, and move with physical demands of the job
