Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support with daily living tasks, behavioral interventions, and community activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with behavioral interventions and support individuals with complex needs
  • Encourage community integration and participation in activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and community partners
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
  • Patient, compassionate, and reliable individual
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance preferred
