Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at RHDD INC. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach individuals with developmental disabilities how to complete daily living activities, such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and undressing.
  • Provide transportation for individuals to delegated activities, such as doctor appointments and outings.
  • Document and administer medication and health-related tasks.
  • Report any suspected need of medical attention, evidence of abuse, neglect, and other health and safety issues to your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's License with less than six points
  • Reliable transportation with current proof of state minimum auto insurance
