Business Development Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Team Member to join our sales team at Planet Honda. As a Business Development Team Member, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing our customer experience.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or sales role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Job
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
- Follow up with previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
- Achieve consistent weekly and monthly performance targets

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
