Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at SW Safety Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a critical role in driving business growth and expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, account management, and customer support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience in a B2B setting.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
