We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team as an Automotive BDC Representative.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for generating appointments and building relationships with potential customers through phone, text, and email. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from their first point of contact with our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team, ensuring that each customer has a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers by following up with them after initial contact and encouraging repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and preferences to enhance future engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Achieve performance targets through consistent follow-up and engagement with customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
Salary and Benefits:
