- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 5-7 years of accounting and management experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment, with prior Accounting Manager or Controller experience preferred.
- Skills: Payroll processing and compliance, MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel), and experience in federal contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication skills, including communication to the executive level, with the ability to drive process improvements and change management.
