Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee operational protocols for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and customer relations.
  • Lead a customer-focused office environment with a dedicated team of service professionals.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain precise financial documentation.
  • Achieve high ratings in customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure meticulous management of accounts receivable.
  • Provide assistance in various departments as needed.
  • Supervise personnel responsible for direct customer interactions.
  • Foster open and respectful communication with colleagues, management, clients, and suppliers.
  • Encourage a culture of trust through honest dialogue.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
  • Capable of understanding and acting on company-generated reports.
  • Comfortable engaging with all levels of management.
  • Possess a positive demeanor and a collaborative spirit.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire by example.
