- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in a manufacturing, parts, automotive, or purchasing industry.
- Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
