Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers
  • Providing market area research to clients
  • Determining current market value of properties
  • Creating relationships with businesses
  • Touring business properties and reviewing costs
  • Commercial lead generation
  • Database campaigns
  • Closing commercial sales
  • Sales scripts mastery

Requirements include:

  • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
  • Able to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Skilled in industry practices and lease language
  • Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient
  • A real estate license is required
  • Commission opportunity
  • Sales experience

Compensation: $85,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions
