Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and maintain business calendars as needed.
  • E-file pleadings with various courts and e-record documents with counties.
  • Prioritize assignments and prepare correspondence.
  • Transcribe documents and prepare litigation-related documents using advanced word processing skills.
  • Efficiently proofread and edit text for grammatical and typographical errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and assure work product is accurate and presented professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced word processing skills and proficiency in using tools such as footnotes and redlining.
  • Proficient use of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • High level of communication skills and ability to organize and prioritize tasks under time constraints.
  • Ability to proofread typed material and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adjust to frequent changes in assignments.
